Version 0.9.3 Released

Version 0.9.3 has been released. I've also started using the tags branch in SVN to denote released versions. Download Here. Parcellite has a new developer, so some bugs will be fixed.  If you submitted bugs to an earlier release than 0.9.2, then please test against 0.9.2.   The latest release (0.9.3) will be released soon.
